Dear Patients, 

Due to an ongoing issue with the Children’s Hospital computer network, all of our servers have been shut down for the indeterminate future.

As a result, all access to our electronic medical records is currently unavailable.

While the team at Children’s Hospital is aggressively pursuing a solution to this issue, it looks likely that we will not have any medical records available until further notice.

Please be advised that if you have a check-up scheduled for tomorrow you may think about canceling and rescheduling. If you are unable to do this, we will certainly do our best to accommodate you.

For patients who are sick, we advise all patients who are urgently sick to walk in to the office. For more mild or chronic issues, we ask that you stay at home until our service is restored.

We will continue to send updates as soon as we have them. We appreciate your patience and goodwill.
