Our lactation consultants recommend the following web sites as good community resources:

Lactation Care - provides one on one lactation support, pump rentals (located in Newton)

Isis Maternity - provides one on one lactation support, pump rentals, pre- and postnatal classes, breastfeeding drop-in groups, and developmental classes for babies and toddlers (locations in Brookline, Needham, and Arlington)

La Leche League - local chapters in most towns, lots of breastfeeding info and support
