We are rapidly starting to incorporate virtual visits into our practice to help limit the amount of in office visits during this outbreak. In fact, we expect the vast majority of our visits to take place via telehealth for the next few weeks (at least).

In order to utilize these virtual visits patients/parents MUST have MyChart activated and the app downloaded onto either a smartphone or tablet. Virtual visits DO NOT work on computers.

If the child is under the age of 13 they can use the proxy MyChart account. If the child is above the age of 13 the have to have their own MyChart account activated. If you are having issues with your account or do not currently have a MyChart account please call our office at (781) 326-7700. The guide below explains the steps you will take once you have a virtual appointment scheduled.
