Are You Expecting (Or Do You Know Someone Who Is)?

If you’re pregnant and looking for ways to relax and stay fit, you may be considering prenatal yoga. Westwood-Mansfield Pediatrics offers weekend prenatal yoga classes. Class sizes are small to guarantee a lot of individualized attention. Classes are open to expecting mothers of all ability levels and at any stage of their pregnancy. You are welcome to join in at any time!

Our classes are led by Michelle Connolly, a nurse and childbirth instructor who also is a certified yoga instructor. Michelle teaches prenatal yoga at Breathe Joy Yoga in Sharon and the Attleboro YMCA.

Our Classes are Held

Westwood Class: Saturday from 10:00 am – 11:00 am (541 High Street, Westwood, MA 02090)
Mansfield Class: Sunday from 09:00 am – 10:00 am (454 Chauncy Street, Mansfield, MA 02048)
Mansfield Class: Sunday from 10:15 am – 11:15 pm (454 Chauncy Street, Mansfield, MA 02048)
Easton Class: Thursday from 07:00 pm – 08:00 pm (115 Main Street, Easton, MA 02356)

Things to Bring

  • Yoga mat (we also have extras and will provide blocks and blankets)
  • $10 a class – feel free to pay as you go, however, if you pay in advance you can reserve your spot (and space is limited)
