Seven physicians and seven nurse practitioners, a physician assistant, and a nutritionist make up the clinical staff at Westwood-Mansfield Pediatrics. All doctors in our practice graduated from residency programs at Boston Academic Medical Centers, are members of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and are Board Certified in Pediatrics.
We are all members of the Pediatric Physicians Organization at Children’s Hospital Boston (PPOC), an organization of pediatric practices working together to improve the quality and delivery of pediatric health care.
Meghan Aldrich, MSN, CPNP
Meghan joined Westwood-Mansfield Pediatrics in 2012. She is a graduate of the Nurse Practitioner program at the MGH Institute of Health Professions where she earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing with a concentration in pediatrics. Kathryn Austin joined Westwood-Mansfield Pediatrics in 2007. She graduated from the Nurse Practitioner program at Boston College and has her Masters of Science degree with a concentration in Pediatric nursing. Read More.

Jill S. Fischer, MD
Dr. Fischer joined Westwood-Mansfield Pediatrics in 2000. She graduated in 1991 from Harvard-Radcliffe Colleges with a degree in Biological Anthropology. She studied at Dartmouth Medical School for two years and then spent four years at the Yale School of Medicine. Read More.

Lester J. Hartman, MD, MPH
Dr. Hartman has been a member of this practice since 1986. He is very active in developing new innovative ideas for the practice (i.e. Home Strep Test program, empowering YouTube videos, and others). He has been on the Pediatric Physicians Organization at Children’s Hospital Boston (PPOC) Board of Directors for over 8 years.

Dr. Jennifer Mohr Hyde was born in Taipei, Taiwan. She lived in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Japan before moving to Washington, DC at the age of eight. She graduated from public high school in Montgomery County, Maryland and went on to Duke University. She graduated from Duke in 1994 with honors in Biology and a Women’s Studies double major. Kristen McGourty RN, MSN, CPNP, IBCLC is a graduate from the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Program at Simmons College, where she currently serves as a faculty member at the undergraduate and graduate level.
