Meet the teacher, Kristen Baima

Kirsten found her passion for yoga when she discovered how much it helped her during a difficult physical and emotional time in her life. It became her anchor as she navigated challenges large and small. Kirsten found that there was a class to meet her exactly where she was on any given day and provide her with what she needed, from power yoga to restorative, and everything in-between. She discovered that the lessons she learned on her mat translated seamlessly into life off the mat, and she strives to share yoga’s gifts with her students.

Credentials:

Kirsten Baima is a 200 CYT with certifications in prenatal yoga as well as infant/toddler yoga. She is also a pediatric physical therapist and a certified infant massage instructor. Kirsten possesses in-depth knowledge about anatomy and physiology, infant and child development, breathing techniques, nutrition and postures as well as a passion for mindfulness and meditation. She brings a passionate and nurturing presence to her classes while making the practice accessible to all levels of experience. Kirsten encourages her students to explore all that yoga has to offer, both on and off their mats, in an effort to improve their physical, social-emotional and spiritual well-being.
